Ferris 3 wheel

Hi all... I respect the opinions of those on this forum so I have a Ferris lawnmower question. I have the opportunity to buy a ferris three wheel 61 inch pro cut s from a man in failing health. The machine was bought new in 2015 for just over 9K. He is asking $6,400. I went to see and ride the machine last evening. It runs very well. Just 200 hrs. Is this a good price?

For over 9 that included sales tax on the Kawasaki model. The price is in line for a 200 hour machine.
