Get it to Temp and drain and refill with 50,50 mix.

if you want to go whole hog, after you drain it. backflush the block and radiator with your garden hose. heck.. might even sacrifice a gallon of vinegar in there with some water and a few more minutes of run time.. then drain and flush.

pre mix your af 50/50 and refill. run to burp.. and top off.

if theremo or hoses and belt looks bad. this si the time to replace them.

Another question. The breather on the left hand side of the tractor what is the proper way of cleaning this?

oil bath air claner.. it will have metal floss in it. some models are easy to remove.. some not. if the removeable floss style. celant he canister in solvent.. floss too. reassemble.. oil and go. solvent like kero, mineral spirits or diesel.

can submerge the entir thing in a parts washer and slosh around if it is the style hard to take apart. again. drip dry.. then oil and go

the usual.. oil and filter change. check coolant. top off and charge battery to prevent freezing.

air tires. .. winter is a good time to repack front wheel bearings and adjust axle nut.. lube all zerks.. etc.. reset points.. clean up electrical.. this way she's ready to go when needed. ( adjust brakes too! )

Most of tht is done except the brakes. Just out of curiosity how hard would it be to get the tractor starting with a key (currently starting on the gearstick)
