YM2500 w/ FEL.
The bucket on the FEL had developed a falling problem. The arms that hold the bucket are fine and do not fall down, ok, if the tractor is off it may fall over a 12 hour period but not worried about that. The problem is the bucket will not stay up, it will "dump" its load when you don't want it to and it doesn't even take a load in it to make it fall. I can keep the bucket raised by about every 10 seconds pulling the lever back and it will raise the bucket but that is very aggravating. The fluid is full, if I turn the handle under the seat it doesn't seem to effect anything with the FEL, just the PTO. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Forgot to say that I do not see any leaks on the cylinders.

The leak is going to be internal. Either inside your cylinders or in the valve. You can take both to a local hydraulic shop to get rebuilt.
