Being a PC geek I tend to call it a joystick, anyway whatever ya call it. It broke. It should not have... after looking at it closely I determined it was installed improperly at the factory. It should have lasted mucho longer then it did.

Once they are elevated the pivot pin can come out and that will free up the controller handle

comparison... as you can see it's broke... however a closer inspection reveals that it was forced on during installation... maybe a disgruntled employee, lol

Anyway, I hope ya never have to do this. I took 30 pics and whittled it down to 8 but I hope I got the gist across. Have fun!

I've heard it called all kinds of names including loader control lever, loader controller, Loader stick, etc. But joystick is what I've heard the most. thanks for the pics, I hope I don't have a need to ever refer to them! Glad you got it back in service. John PS I got the 16" bucket today that was supposed to come with my BH and I'm keeping the 12" as well. Still no dirt pads for the stabilizers though. I can't believe how they would send out the BH with no shoes, but it happens. John

Dewave,
Thanks for the great pictures. It was just like watching the surgery channel. Thanks for not showing any hydraulic fluid. It tends to make me faint. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Well the patient made a full recovery. I also prescribed to the patient that in order to speed up recovery that it get back to work immediately.

During post op equipment inventory I discovered a wrench was missing, hmm, all well... /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
