I don't think it would hurt the bucket. It would definitely burn the paint off though not to mention burning the paint and it getting in the food. 🤮

I would call that a griddle. There's even a bottle of olive oil for non-stick cooking.

If that paint contains lead, I wouldn't want my grand children, who have developing brains, to eat the food or smell the fumes. I don't want them as dumb as Paw Paw.
