Is this a scam? feedback survey

I keep getting messages (4 or 5) to fill out a survey about feedback from someone named Muhammad. Is this on the up and up? I keep erasing without opening these messages. How do I report them or get them to stop?

Yea if you have never got a PM from them about deleting posts or seen him post you may not have realized it. But i understand the concern, esp with the name.

The price of doing surveys at my house has increased to the point nobody wants to pay the price.

Thing is its the least you can do as they provide this for you, yes they have sponsers but i doubt this is a get rich quick thing.
