okay,
I have read the entire thread from start to finish much to my amazement. I started reading to determine whether or not I wanted to buy a 360 DTC from a local dealer that is changing over to LC Mitron when they are available. this is my second tractor and want to get something that I can source parts easily. It seems like LC is going to support the FT tractors; however, do I really have a warranty at this point?

RLC22,The tractor you are refering to is a LS manufactured unit, it is to be marketed by LS tractors USA, you can rest assured if you buy a LS tractor, it will come with a full warranty, one you can depend on.LS has stood firm and honest in full support of the Farmtrac dealers through our long ordeal, I feel they will do no less for their customer.

Either, I misunderstood what RCL122 was asking or I am hearing some good news, I thought he was asking about a FT 360 DTC warranty which I thought if purchased after montana bought what was left of FT they provided the warranty. So my question is has LS agreed to warranty tractors that they built for FT. Thanks for any info.

Ls tractor has promised to back any LS buildt farmtrac machine sold prior to march 1 2009 for parts for the balance of the three year warranty. Any machine sold off dealer lots after March1 2009 will have a 1year full warranty and 2 additional year powertrain warranty for parts and labor by approved LS Dealer.(your selling dealer should be approved).. Ls has stated they are here to support the product they built.

That is good news, only problem for me is both local dealers closed their doors, hopefully someone local will pickup the LS brand. I have found my FT 360 DTC to be a very capable machine if LS gets established and we get a local dealer I would'nt hesitate to by another LS made machine. I appreciate the information.

GOVERNMENT BAILOUT??????---$450,000.00++++++how much more??????but it will help NC with some jobs so that is good----but ar will lose a few jobs that will hurt------got to love those states battling over jobs----
