FarmTrac Troubles

I would like to put a question out here.
If another company buys Farmtracs assests but does not help the dealers with the big bad giant, does not honor past warranties and does nothing for the Less Then Zero customers will they get a following of new dealers and customers? I ask this honestly, most people tend to forget very quickly. What do think?

My old dog is sitting on the seat of my case today, what does that mean?

CASE1570-I might do alot of things-but forget is not one of them. Why patronize a company that let me down once? Nope, won't happen for us.

Hey Red, I should have said that my old dog would usually rather eat your arm then give up his seat on his Farmtrac (just ask the Textron floor checker), but now he is back on the old case?
You did hit it on the head with your answer though, the only question is who is in deep s__t and whose neck is the water up to? Textron? Dealers? Customers? LS? Marrow? Gurkins?

Hello, all!

Sorry to be away for so long. Too long.

But don't be misled; Old Blue's nose is still to the ground, sniffing and digging.

I found the attached court document about Farmtrac North America's final auction and court proceedings. On the last paragraph on page 5, you'll find Farmtrac North America's final auction and court proceedings are slated for Monday morning.

My former boss, The Daily Southerner executive editor Terry Smith, wrote a short piece about it, too. Click here to read it.

An auction available to the general public will take place at the courthouse steps starting at 9:30am. Proceedings will follow in the courtroom at 10:00am.

The aforementioned steps are likely to be perfunctory measures, with all substancial business matters resolved by 5pm EST deadline today.

It would be interesting to see all who may be in attendance. The shortlist may include:
-- Textron Financial representatives and counsel,
-- the Receiver and his assistant Doug Gurkins
(Gurkins has a business/family interest as part of Country Boys auctioning service who has done past selling of FNA goods),
-- LS Cable representatives,
-- possibly Raleigh television station WRAL (the naves who largely missed the boat during their summer TV segment on Farmtrac).

Anyone plan to attend?
