There is a tiny oring that seals the fuel in the supply pump..
U can remove the supply pump and have it rebuilt..
(I can do it for u)
U can test it by removing it, blocking off the outlet side and applying air to the inlet side and dunking it in a pail of water( or spray w soapy water mix) and look for bubbles at the rod end..
