Just wanted to post a few pics. of a "brush cage" we just completed for a customer.

From the front...as you can see all connections are quick pin disconnect.

Last one shows where the cage meets the leading edge of the top. We had to relocate the loader valve but it was no big deal.

It looks good, but is there a reason that you made the front so high above the hood? I am sure there must be or you wouldn't have done it that way.

Yes, the main purpose of this cage is to protect him from tree limbs and other brush when cleaning out his lot. He wanted the cage to start higher to move limbs out of the way. He wasn't concerned about low hanging stuff just the stuff hanging from the top of trees is what was hitting him in the face...so this should take care of that problem (couldn't hurt anyway). /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks, I know most that I had seen started about a foot or less above the front of the hood. Did he have you put a belly pan on?

No pan, the mesh I expect him to do himself if at all. Again, most of the brush is above him hanging down...
