I recently purchased a 2003 Farmtrac 45 with 200 hours on it.
It started leaking power steering fluid after the first time I used it. It is leaking under the steering column and running down the side of tractor block. Didn't notice this before I bought it. Could it be a fitting or seal? Also, not sure where refill is on tractor as I didn't get a manual with the tractor. Can anyone help??? Thanks!/forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

If I am not mistaken, the 45 has hydrostatic steering, which runs off the main hydraulic pump. If you remove the sheet metal from around the steering column, there should be several hoses hooked to the botom of the column, one of these is most likely to be the culprit.
