Farmtrac 35 Revving high

I don’t know much, if anything, about tractors. Trying to help in laws. The tractor will start but then it will rev up. The engine kill cord won’t work and the only way to shut it down is to cut off the fuel line. I’m mowing 9 acres with a riding lawn mower.

If it has an “inline” injection pump on it..(lines come off the inj pump in a straight line)
Remove the side cover and look at the springs.. u may have 1 or 3 that are broken..

u do know the pump takes oil, right.?? If not, it’s probably rusted and that’s why it’s running away..

Where is the side on go or side or on pump mine did the same thing once before n I forgot how the old farmer fixed it I know we took plug out of the pump on top it was rusty but after a few mins she ran again but u can’t figure out how Rayo do again

If u can’t figure out where the side cover is, u don’t need to be working on the pump..
Time to hire a mechanic or do some searching on the internet..

I Have a farmtrac 35 and need to rebuild the injector pump. I cannot find a service manual on it. Can somebody help me? Also what kind of oil do you put in the pump? The Pump is a Bosch F002AOZ295.

U put the same oil as u put in the engine..
I rebuild them..
U won’t find a manual, they aren’t for the layman to work on..

We check the oil in our injector pumps every time we bale hay. Every time before we use them hard for an extended period. From what I just read, you folks need to be checking yours. Just like checking engine oil, that often. I know, I sound crazy, but we ain't never had injection pump trouble. Out of seven tractors. One is a newer cab tractor. Five are from 1980 to 1995, one is 1958. All work fine. 58 model is only one we didn't have from beginning. Three others were a year or so old when we got them. All those tractors are between me, brother, and dad.

Take the side off and see what it looks like inside. May need an oil shower sprayed in there. May have a broke spring. Governor stuck. Need to have a look see.
