We check the oil in our injector pumps every time we bale hay. Every time before we use them hard for an extended period. From what I just read, you folks need to be checking yours. Just like checking engine oil, that often. I know, I sound crazy, but we ain't never had injection pump trouble. Out of seven tractors. One is a newer cab tractor. Five are from 1980 to 1995, one is 1958. All work fine. 58 model is only one we didn't have from beginning. Three others were a year or so old when we got them.
