FarmTrac 270DTC PTO Clutch Adjustment

A friend of mine asked me to look at his FarmTrac 270 DTC. It takes very little force to make the PTO clutch slip. This tractor has the dual clutch, which he just had worked on. He said the PTO worked fine before he had the clutch problems repaired. Is it possible to adjust the PTO clutch on this tractor?

Im unsure of adjustment. Ask the person that installed the clutch. Maybe a shear pin? Or maybe a mower overran and burned up the PTO clutch?
I see some dealers install a PTO overrun clutch to prevent mowers pushing a tractor and damage to the PTO clutch.
