Farmpro 2420 PTO stopped working

The PTO on my Farmpro 2420 quit working. Fluid level is low, I think, but the poor excuse for a manual that I have doesn't even show if I'm checking the right thing. Does anyone have any suggestions or info, or even better, a reasonable manual? Thanks, Kirk81[

Bought a farm pro 2420 and pro is not working any suggestions
