Farmall 55A Transmission problems

Hello I am new here and have a 2010 Case IH 55A. I just love the tractor but I have had nothing but problems with the transmission for the last few months. First it would not go into forward or reverse gear at all. Dealer came and got it had it for a month and a half. Claimed a gear broke in half?? Now it goes into gear but wont stay in gear as it keeps jumping out. Esp. reverse. But it is also hard to get into forward gear. it has 465 or so hours. Is well mantained used but not abused. Anyone have any similar problems??

Dose the gear shifter to your right pop out or is it the forward and reverse leaver on your left by the steering wheel?
