wanted to very much thank the people here for helping me trouble shoot my hard starting tractor. turns out that the H position on the start switch is not making contact. If I hold the switch just past the H mark I see that I,m pulling a 30 amp draw . Hold ot for a 10 count,decompress it and BAM---it fired right up. Thanks to all for your help

The stock Jinma switches are not the highest quality. Mine was delivered new with a bad/intermittent "ON" position.

There is a direct bolt on replacement off a Ford tractor that should be more reliable. I had a replacement switch under warranty in 24 hours so I installed that. If that switch should fail, I will install the ford switch.

I think all the dealers should change out the starter switches with the Ford replacement before selling the jinma 200 series. Don't know if the other models use the same Ford replacement or not..The switch costs around $20.00 and alleviates a lot of future problems. Much heavier duty, more water resistant and more reliable.
