Fair proce for used 3520

What would you folk consider a fair price for a used 2006 3520, with less than 100 hours, equipped as follows:

- eHyro trans
- CX3000 FEL w/HD bucket & bolt on tooth bar

BTW - overall condition is like new.

Number of different ways to look at your quest - here's just one to start with;
Used Tractors at TractorHouse.com: John Deere Tractors, used farm tractors and farm equipment, Case IH, New Holland, Agco, Caterpillar.

This is a great reference site for used equipment. You can check out the asking price for similar tractors by different areas of the country and compare by hours, attachments, etc.

I've used this site to gather info regarding what is/is not a reasonable asking price for a particular tractor.

Another approach would be to log onto the JD website and "build your own" for a new 2008 JD3520 with the same options as the machine you are currently looking at.

Then discount the MSRP by 10-15% and make an allowance for the hours of use (some have used a dollar value per hour of use; on the order of $10/hr, etc.).

You could also take a gander at eBay. There's been a few 3520 that have come up and the auction results could give you a frame of reference as well.

Thanks for the reply AKfish. FYI - I'm a long time member of TBN... since 2000. My first tractor was a TC45D that i bought when I was building my house. I now have a Kubota B7800 - looking to add to my tractor capabilities.

I had already done all the research you advised. My post on TBN was to get an opinion from knowledgeable JD owners. I've got a number in mind, I was looking for a reality check.
