Price Check fair price

I have access to a 94 ,21hp with loader and hoe attachments.It has approx. 700 hrs and appears clean.Can anyone tell me what a fair price would be for this machine?

Its a 94,model B-20

We have a used B21 here with loader and backhoe that has 400 hours on it. We are asking $20,000. If the B20 is in good shape, a fair price should be in the $15,000 range. The B20 is a very heavy little machine that is much more “capable” than your ordinary compact tractor. GOOD LUCK!

I bought a 94-94 B20 with around 400 hours on it for 14,500. I owuld say a fair price would be around 13,000-14,000 depending on the condition.
