Price Check fair price on kubota l3710

I am new to this forum abd to tractors in general. what is a fair price for a kubota l3710. 3 years old with 153 hours. i do not know what model it is. image is attached, dan burt [ </font><font color="blue" class="small">( )</font> [/list] [image]http://[/image]

Basically that's a brand new tractor. No loader, 4WD, R4's either GST or HST. I should think it would be worth about 15% less then brand new. If it sold like you see it now for about $15000, I'd say your looking at about $12 to $13K.

I may be getting a 99 model this week with, 450 hours, GST and industrial tires. No loader. The tractor also has a 6' bush hog which is only worth a couple hundred dollars due to wear.
The tractor is in very good shape other than not being stored inside and is somewhat discolored slightly. The dealer was asking $11,500. He dropped to $11,000. I am waiting to see if I can get him to $10,500. If not I may buy the machine anyway.

I just looked at a 3710 HST with loader and 150 hours. No scratches and the 3pt hitch had not even been used. it sold for $16,500. Guys said he paid $22,500 and had paperwork. I did not buy b/c I decided to get new. I live in Alabama.
