Fair price on a Kubota L2600?

Looking at this tomorrow. What Im wanting it for - strictly 3pt work. I have a BX24 that I use the FEL and BH often, just want something with a bit more grunt/weight to run implements and this way I dont have to take my BH off my BX. Just basic stuff, box blade, post hole digger....nothing crazy. No need for mowing as I have a commercial zero turn.

This is the stats on the L2600 from the ad:

I called.....he immediately dropped his price to $5K - which seems like a fair price. Im going to look at it tomorrow - just wanted confirmation Im

B - this machine is inline with what I want to do

If the tractor is in any kind of decent shape at all I'd say the price is a bit low. You may wish to try to confirm it's not stolen but otherwise it seems a good value.

I figured without a loader or anything that was about all it was worth - but thats why I asked

I have zero issues admitting I dont know much.

Entertaining a smaller New Hollands hydrostat tractor as well - gonna go look at them both.
