Price Check Fair price for this package?

Ok, last July I bought a CK20HST with a KL 120 FEL and a KRM03-60 60" rear finish mower. This was the perfect tractor to haul to our hunting camp in the mountains here in WV. About a 3 hr trip. About a month after I bought the tractor, my wife and I bought 100 acres much closer to home. I have since bought a 4' kingkutter rotary cutter to try to keep the fields cut down some, but I am sure that I need a bigger tractor with about 15-20 acres of fields and limited time to mow them. Mostly because of the slopes and the ability to widen the tires for more stability. As such, I need to sell my beloved KIOTI but I have no way to tell what it's worth, my local tractor dealer (NH) says that I'd do better to sell it myself if I can rather than trade it to him. I agree, but again don't know what to ask for it.

Is $10,000 too much to ask for a CK20HST / KL 120 FEL / KRM03-60 that has 120 hrs and is in virtually new condition? I paid over $13k for it just over a year ago.

IMO, No! That would be a great deal for someone!

That sounds like a real good price to me. You may want to go higher ($500 - $1,000 maybe?) then come down to 10 as you stated. I'd give it a try.

Not to pry, but what will your Kioti dealer allow you for it if you trade up?

I didn't really call the Kioti dealer, he's about 1 hr away, which was ok when I was hauling the smaller tractor, but with a bigger tractor I'm looking at going with a dealer closer to home.

where are you located? What dealer were you going to in WV?

WVRocks, the Kioti dealer isn't in West Virginia, its near Washington PA. I'm in Marshall County which is about an hour from the dealer. Our camp is in Preston County, near Terra Alta. The dealer would probably be too far from you there in Tucker County.

I sold a nice old Allis tractor in front of my auto repair shop IN THE CITY and never had so much activity about anything I sold in my life. Dont give it away---they will come!
A cute couple of little old ladies were the takers of the 1974 314D garden tractor. Cute tractors sell I think. People that arent even as addicted as us cant resist!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif People will buy a bigger lot just to have the tractor.

For that package, $10K would be a good price, but as stated, increase the price a little so you have room to come down. Anyone pricing out a new one will find that price to be attractive. Good luck.

Thanks for the shot of confidence. I think I'll advertise it for $11k and see what I can do. It is a pretty good looking tractor with the FEL and Mower attached.
