My local dealers have been telling me either I CAN'T get my Kubota serviced at their dealership if I don't buy it from them or I would be last on the list it I needed anything warranty related. This is not how I read the Kubota policy. Is this a big smoke screen or has anyone had a big war trying to get some warranty work done? I have been trying to buy local but mail order I can save $1000 and that is delevered.

Tennis,

They can't really refuse to service you, but I wouldn't be surprised if they could make the process an ordeal. Things like putting you at the bottom of the queue, charging you a little extra, and so on..../w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif Kind of makes you wonder if you'd want to buy from in the first place, huh?
