Anyone seen or heard of Mitsubishi MT 22 FD I need a repair manual

I suspect your model is a grey, so you would probably be looking for the MT20, MT21, and maybe the MT25 service manuals.

Southern Global seems to have a parts manual for the MT21,23,25 so it should be downloadable from somewhere.
