I just stopped at my dealer, they were closed, but my tractor is sitting there with its newly installed rear remotes. Supposed to be two with float detente and one self canceling....my question is I moved all the levers.....none of them seemed to have any detents, they all just sprung back to center?

What am I missing here? Wouldn't I have to push a float valve all the way forward and have it stick there to actually float???

Any help you can give me would be appreciated, don't want to take delivery if the valves I received aren't what I asked for.

Thanks

Your valves with the float detent should stay all the way forward when pushed into the far forward position. The self canceling remote should stay in position forward or backward. Remember, you do need to give it that extra little push to get it into the detent position, otherwise the valve will just work as a return to center valve. That's how mine work anyway. ;)

They are the factory rear remotes, I guess I'll just have to push harder. I don't think Kubota makes valves that don't have detents but I could be wrong.

Thanks for the quick response. And the top n tilt kit order will be hitting you in the next month....

Second valve is the float. It is little hard to push in bit after you know it's there its a breeze.
