Factory Original "Turboed" IH 560?

Had our local fair parade last week and some folks drove a nicely restored IH 560 in it. She looked good and sounded good. I noticed the "turbo" lettering on the hood and wasn't surprised because I'd seen it before on other trators. I caught up with the owner/restorer later and talked about the history on the tractor. Thats when he told me it was fact a factory original turbo and not a after market add on. He says IH only made a half dozen with high altitude applications in mind. Any IH historians out there? Is this guy shooting straight or a tall tale?

Might be a true tale, I have seen a lot of 560 Farmalls and none had turbos.

I had to look this one up on the RedPower site. They said that no 560 left the factory with a turbo but there was an IH turbo setup for that engine from a crawler application that fit and some were installed by dealers normally for higher altitude applications.
