Factory Mahindra Filters Question

/ Factory Mahindra Filters Question #11
I see Bill's has them for $33 a piece and also offers a service pack, but he doesn't seem to understand the service pack should have 2 hydraulic filters in it. With shipping I could probably save $10.
I think I'll try through TYM dealers and check the price on hydraulic filters.

Are not the engines and hydraulics a wee bit different than the TYM's and Montana's?

From what I gather the engines are the only difference other than the rear lift arms.

/ Factory Mahindra Filters Question #14
Hey guys, I'm brand new to the board. I only been here two or three times. I bought a 3510 about 3 yrs ago and love it . No major problems so far. I noticed the talk about cross referencing the oil filters at Napa or other parts stores and was wondering if that could be done with the trans/hydr filter also? I only have one dealer close to me and he always seems to have to order what I need and then I get charged with a shipping fee on top of the filter cost. Is it safe to do this?

/ Factory Mahindra Filters Question #15
I have a Mahindra 2615 4x4 Gear drive, w/ FL106, BH3710, I went to wix.com and was able to use their online tool to find the part# for all of my filters, I then went to fleetfilters.com and orded them all for like $32.00 plus shipping, well under $50.00, if I would have got them from NAPA it would have been like $160 for all.

/ Factory Mahindra Filters Question #16
If you do not mind non-factory filters, NAPA can probably get you any filter you want. If you go to their website and put your Mahindra # in they can cross-reference it. They are WIX filters and from my research have some of the best filters on the market. It might be worth checking. Hope this helps! Good luck!

/ Factory Mahindra Filters Question #17
Hello Everyone
I am new to this website. I have read lots of post and feels like I know some of you already. I buy my filters from a local auto parts store, they seem to be eager enough to find a filter to work even if its not easy to crossover. On a Yanmar excavator I own (a beautiful shade of grey) I had to bring my hyd. filters to the service desk and we measured in and out, up one side down the other. Went through his big ole filter book and found a filter that will work just fine. They now, thankfully, carry that size filter just for me. I know this story warms the heart. The point is if you can't find a dealer on-line nd your dealer is to far away I would offer the suggestion that you get cozy with your local auto parts store and see what they can find. Wix, Baldwin and Napa are all pretty dang good. I live in Alabama as well and my Mahindra dealer sells both the Mahindra and the crossover Baldwin. HMMMMM!
