I wanted to used SSQA (skid steer quick attachments) that I already have on the 1430, so I orded a 3pt to SSQA adapter off of fleebay. The T12 plate fits in pretty nicely.
I measured the PT bucket for the angle they want to use as a neutral starting point and figured it was 30 deg. So I welded the T12 plate inside the structure of the adapter at that angle. Will have to see how it works when I get a chance.

Just a note, I am not saying that the ebay adapter is good quality. I tried it in one attachment and it fit, loose. Which is better then my Lackender fork attachment that I couldn't lock in one dog and was told you don't need down pressure on pallet forks. I was thinking of that before I welded in a $200 PT blank plate and if it didn't fit they would say to just send it back......

Trying to come up with a solution for this problem and you have already been down this road.
Could u let me know how this has worked out for you as I might follow your lead on this.
Is the 30 degree angle working out well?
I have a PT1460 so I am hoping my adapter plate/angle is similar/same size as yours.

The angle seems to be a good compromise. When using some buckets from other tractors, it doesn't roll forward enough to dump material out of the bucket (but it curls back really well). I think you need to prioritize what implements you intend to use the most and which ones need to favor which direction. Just to mention, that particular adapter is not the greatest quality. I initially used a front hoe and when working hard, it would pull it off the adapter. I since converted the front hoe to a PT coupler and just in case added lock screws to the adapter's lower dogs.

Hoping my1460 attachement plate is about the same size as your 1430 plate.
My PT plate is 10.25 inches at the top where it would fit into the angled portion of the 3 pt to ssqa adapter.

Is it possible for you to measure the top portion of yours?
I would like to know if my top plate will fit in nicely like yours does before I drop the 450.00 on the Titan 3pt adapter?

sorry for the late reply. I took some pics of mine showing the different angles. It is difficult for me to answer your question because if you look at the pics, the angle on the 1430 plate did not match the angle of the structure of the adapter plate. I just fit it in (at the forward/back angle) and welded in place. To many compound angles to measure without a ton more measurements.

It is only a guess and my opinion, but I wouldn't be afraid of the job to modify the adapter to fit your plate. For me it is a concern on the quality of the adapter plate to start with. But I might have gotten a bad one.

Also notice that I had to scrap the idea of keeping it as a 3pt hitch adapter as it was intended because the implement hyd hose would get pinched on the A-frame when curled back. So the top A-frame has been cut off.

Good Luck
