Is there an aftermarket or automotive replacement for the tie rod end for the end of the steering cylinder? I think Deere wants around $235 for it. I didn't know if anyone cross referenced it to an automotive one.

Can you give us the JD part number, plus some photos and dimensions of the part ?

It's #26 on the rod end. Deere wants like $230 for it. I'm guessing it's probably some sort of standerd automotive one.

Take that one in to a NAPA or similar and have it matched up. You are prolly correct, and can get by with less $$$. Hope you let us know what you find out and what works for you.
