F3990 fuel filters

I need to replace my fuel filters. There are two, one before the fuel pump and one after. I see two fuel filters listed at Messicks with different part numbers. Anyone know which filter is which? I'd like to just replace the first filter and need to order a replacement.

12581-43012 - fuel filter
K3272-24210 - assy fuel filter
