I do not have a grapple yet. In trying to use the bucket it is hard to capture much, it just falls out when the bucket is curled.

What I want is a bolt-on bucket grapple that is mounted to arms in channels that have their own hydraulic cylinders.

Bucket level on the ground, pull up to brush pile, open grapple lid, EXTEND grapple lid, lower lid to vertical, RETRACT lid. Effectively raking debris into bucket and holding it there.

Anyone built such an animal, or know where to get one for a compact tractor?

I don't have the skills to fab one myself.

Check my post in the attachments forum. I just added a hydraulic thumb to my bucket and forks. Less than half the price of a grapple bucket. Sounds like you need one too.

Dave, do yourself a favor and pony up for a complete grapple.
Brian, can't afford the grapple for a few more months (after the Eagle line ROBB) so in the meantime amusing myself with "wouldn't this be neat?" Ideas. ;)

So have you graded anything yet? I know you have a few days worth of work to do. Pictures of the new rig with the ROBB would be nice (great )_ also.

Remember what I said awhile ago, we weren't done spending $$$$ yet. A grapple and a LPGS and you will be all set. :cool2: Well, maybe a rear blade to keep the ditch's on your road cleaned out to help control that runoff. ;)

Don't forget the chipper/shredder. Oh, yeah... And the new barn/workshop to store all of these goodies!

I forgot all about your barn. :ashamed: Well, as along as we are still wanting, that is a good thing, right? :confused3:
