I think some of the dealers are confused. Mahindra states that if we (the dealers) do any warranty work that requires any oil to be changed, we have to use Mahindra oil to get reimbursed for the oil. Maybe some of the dealers confused that to mean if any other oil is used in the tractor it will void the warranty.
