Buying Advice Exmark Lazer Z 72" deck

I have the opportunity to buy an 2002 Exmark Lazer Z that has 510 hours on it. He is asking $6600 for it. It has been serviced yearly by the dealer and other than some surface rust on the deck, it looks very good for being 12 years old. Any thoughts? I have no experience with zero turn mowers.

seems a little steep on price for the year and hours. you can get a new one for probably just a couple thousand more. what is the hp and engine make?
