EXHAUST FOR FORD 1300.

NewHolland no longer supports exhaust parts for the two cylinder Shibaura diesel 1000 series Ford tractors. I have an '82 1300 with verticle exhaust and need a muffler. Anyone know of one on a shelf somewhere or used in good condition?

Use the old muffler's elbow that bolts to the manifold. Just cut the pipe off as close to the muffler as you can. That pipe should be 1-5/8 OD.

You can then use a Stanley ( or equivalent ) FO-2 or any other muffler of your choice that has a 1-5/8 ID inlet.
