Someone asked for pics a few weeks ago of the adapter we had made for our 315 excavator. So here they are. It's well used now. We ran the fecon tree shear on it this week thinning a 30 yr old pine plantation. The excavator handles the weight of the trees much better than a skid steer, and you can manuever them better, but it's hard to see if you have the trees seated all the way into the blades. Otherwise, things worked good. You can see that I added a plate to attach the hoses to and didn't have any yellow paint. Before, the hoses just dangled. You will also notice that we had them eliminate the handles to raise and lower the pins. Instead, we use a bolt setup to raise the pins. This eliminates the chance of catching one of the handles on a limb and the attachment falling off.
