There's a Cub Cadet EX3200 for sale by me. It was $13,000 and I just got an e-mail from the guy saying "$11,000 takes it away". He says he paid $19,500 six months ago (60 hours). This seems like way too good of a deal (it has a FEL). I've seen positive reviews and wonder if this is really possible. Any thoughts are appreciated - and I'm very new to this tractor thing, so please go easy! Thanks, Richard

A very nice price if it has a loader... sounds like he is hurting for money!

Be leery of scams when a deal seems to good to be true.

I'd want to do a face to face transaction and for sure no money transfers, especially transfer to A while tractor is at B (and maybe seller is at C).

Shure, good deals are out there, but so are scammers. (and even more so in the harder times)

Absolutely no Amex payements and be leery of 'escrow' arrangements.

Face to face with cash or certified check is the way to be sure

I saw (and responded) to your post under another heading. As was said....if it was not a scam (tractor scam's abound lately) I thought it was a VERY good deal....and I sorta liked that model when I was shopping. Just curious.....did this deal pan out for you?
