Everything is extremely slow lately

This happens on two different computers, both using Chrome. Click on a link to a post and it will load slowly but not give any indication of it trying, same with going back a page, click the back button and it takes 10 seconds sometimes for it to go back again with no indication. I can scroll on the page it's on so it's not the browser being frozen. This happens at work and home so it's not my slow home internet. I haven't cleared the cookies in a while, will try that but it is only this forum, several others I'm on work just fine and if they are slow it's in the normal way...

Also some forum images aren't showing up, namely the little pictures for Everlast or EA and so forth for those sponsors, they get the broken link thing instead of working like they always have.

If your on wifi routers, i always reset mine monthly (power down 2 minutes). This solves so many issues.

My internet provider is satellite - Hughesnet. I do as grsthegreat about once a month also. Clears all the stored trash and resets everything.

Cleared the offline content yesterday at home, seems to have helped some, now I get the blue loading thing around the tractor sign on the top of the tab, that must have been it...

Both computers are wired, resetting the DSL modem at home might not hurt...

My internet provider is satellite - Hughesnet. I do as grsthegreat about once a month also. Clears all the stored trash and resets everything.

We had Hughesnet... Complained about very poor performance and was told it was on our end. Was so slow pages wouldnt load. Went to check our account and performance and it wouldnt load.

Said goodbye and went to a cell service . Huge difference!!

hushesnet was the absolute worst. i even went with their business class line years ago, and after it was installed and working, it was slower than the standard hughesnet. i had to fight to get my money back.
