Epoxy Paint or Cement Stain

The campground where we have our fifth-wheel should be opening in a couple weeks. Last year we added to the cement pad that was already there, doubled the size and added a sidewalk. Of course there is a big difference in the color of the new vs old cement. I was going to stain it but not sure if the color variation in the cement will make the stain look darker on the old part of the pad. I have thought about the epoxy paint but never used it before. I have used the stain and was pleased with the results.

Do you think one would hold up better than the other ( epoxy vs stain)?

Also do you think the stain will show up darker on the old part of the pad?


I have used the stain before but it was on new concrete.

Go with the stain, it won't take as long to dry. Besides this is not at your house so if there is a difference in color variation you won't have to see it except on weekends. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
