But it's a nice little sipping bourbon for the holidays.

Are hard liquor sales down compared to decades past or per Capita consumption?

Beer is growing with beer gardens and micro brew and of course wine as popular as ever in Wine Country California...

Other than a friend of my wife's who's into gin & tonic big time, I don't know that many people who drink hard liquor, but I've read that it's not as popular as it once was.
Beer is growing, but the growth is in the craft/micro-brews as opposed to Budweiser, PBR, etc.

But it's a nice little sipping bourbon for the holidays.

Just can't get into something I have to sip. If I'm going to drink something, I want to drink it.
