Enough HP or not?

I found a 78" Erskine snow blower with hydro chute for $1200. I am just wondering if the little L3600GST has enough hp to run it?

The dealer said the tractor has 36 hp, tractor data says 39.

So is that enough hp or not?

That's a steal of a price if in decent shape. I'd guess that you'd be ok - I have 48 hp and 40 at PTO and have zero issues with same sized blower. If you have hydro easier to slow down and keep PTO speed up than if geared. Does depend somewhat on how much snow you get and how wet it tends to be.

You are okay for horsepower but you might have a bit of a learning curve with it.
