Engine Shutoff Cable for 2003 Taskmaster (DongFeng)

Hi everyone, my engine shutoff cable recently broke and I'm trying to find a replacement for it. Does anyone know where I can find one? It has 2 part numbers on it which are 250D20021A and 0319-8036112. Any help would be much appreciated. I also contacted Tommy from Affordable via email a few min's ago but in case he doesn't have it any other suggestions would be great!! This is off of a 2003 TaskMaster 432e.
