I have a ford 3000 that is getting engine oil into the rear end or hydraulic system,I need to find out how this can happen? The only way that I can tell by the IT manual is that the oil may be coming through the hyd pump. Thanks for any help.

That's pretty much the only way it can happen.

Ok can you tell me what to do to fix it? I have put a kit in it and it works great but is still putting engine oil in the rear end.
Thank you

You have a leaking pump shaft seal. Nicked, installed backwards, whatever. Maybe the shaft is flawed where the seal rides.
