what size wrench fits th engine block draincock on a new holland tz18da.

I have no idea but I'd take an adjustable spanner (wrench), fit it to the draincock and then measure that. It could be metric.

When I got my tractor I bought a number of spanners & ratchet 'kits' to do future maintenance/repairs... only to find that the most common spanner width was 17mm. NONE of the kits included this size, so it was off to the auto shop to add a couple to my collection. I also marked them with brightly coloured electrical tape to distinguish them from the others.

Thanks guys. But I fond out the size is 1 1/16". my new Holland dealer had one in stock, so now I can notch out a deep well socket in line with the hex
and the hose barb on the drain cock.
