Why not? That’s the whole reason for buying lifetime tools.
I misuse my tools quite a bit, but I have only managed to break like 5 in 10 or more years.
A few extensions, one 1/2 to 3/8 adapter and a 3/8 ratchet, all I have broke.
If I used a screwdriver as a chisel because I did not take the time to grab a chisel or did not have a chisel, there is no way I could look a person in the eye and say that I deserve a replacement screwdriver. I have to sleep at night.
