Hey guys I'm confused. Hooking up a window motor to my snowblower chute for rotation. The motor has two terminals for ccw and cw rotation, I'll call them A and B. I connect battery positive to terminal A and negative to B, the motor turns cw. Connect battery positive to terminal B and negative to A and the motor turns ccw.
Here's my problem, I want to use a switch with momentary power left and right return to center off. How many connections do I need on the switch and how do I wire the switch to the motor?

Here is a good picture. You need a DPDT switch (ON)OFF(ON)

HERE is a good link also...

Here is a suggestion for the switch also. I used this one altho some smaller and larger can be used.

DPDT 20-Amp Momentary Flip Switch - RadioShack.com

I assume by the sound that the window motors don't carry the ground to the casing as does the windshield wiper motors Therefore you don't have to isolate the motor when mounting.Thats a huge plus. I used the wiper motor and found I had to mount it so that the case was insulated from the frame.
Really kick my xxccc that i didnt save the mnotors from the last junk car lol
