Electrical light on

My FX28D has the electrical light always on (I assume that this is the electrical light--it looks like a lightning bolt). Tractor runs fine and starts right up. Any thoughts?

Charging circuit probably not working. Voltage regulator failures are common. See if you get 13+ volt at the battery at 2200 rpm.

It runs fine and starts fine. I'll get out my multimeter and check. I had to jump it once, but it hadn't been run in 4 months.

Jim is on the $$ I bet its the voltage regulator too.
Turn off the tractor & key when installing the new one
