Not shure which tractor you have , but my DK 40 had a wire behind the seat for a optional rear work light which is switched by the ignition switch. Look under the rail that has your top link storage hook . Also you will find a plug for optional trailer light hook up. Yes you will need to run a frame ground unless your ropes is non folding .
