Electric Water Temp Guage help needed

To close out this thread, I bought a cheap mechanical gauge off of Amazon and I can now keep track of my engine temperature. It stays at 190 most of the time, but when it climbs a bit higher, I stop and clean out my radiator and the screen in front of it, and I'm right down to 190 again.
