5 gallon bucketVery few have backup generators around here. When there is a wide spread outage, they truck them in. I'm thinking Moss has a good idea, fermenting alcohol. Multi use, burn it for heat, in a generator, drink it etc.![]()
That's a good use for it.You know I have everything to build a still on hand. Figure I might have to distill drinking water in case SHTF.
Well unless ATF does like firearms and calls it constructive intent.....That's a good use for it.

This is true but during Katrina and other natural disasters, FEMA brought in fleets of generator trucks & tankers of diesel to power the petroleum supply chain.
Electricity is difficult to import without a grid.
When my father was alive my parents did a lot of purging, so that we wouldn’t be left with quite the mess which their parents left them. My mother is still on the old homestead, living in the house my paternal grandfather built in 1927.That's a good use for it.
