Not all areas have the rate structure you do. We have what amounts to a flat rate of about .12 cents per KW, that's not to bad looking at other areas, I'm grateful. Things like " off peak " are not what all areas get charged. The cost of charging that electric tractor using a public utility is going to vary area to area.
