Electric Snow Blower

Does anyone have experience with an electric snow blower (such as an 18" Toro). My downtown office has about 40' of concrete sidewalk and a couple of parking spaces in front. I'd like to get away from the heavy snow shoveling. Can't use a gas powered unit - no storage. I could store an electric model inside.

I can't find anyone who has used one of these.

You'll read that most folks like it, a few don't. The general consensus is: the cord is a hassle and the less snow it has to deal with the better, but it does work.

I've talked with several stores about the product. No one actually knows someone who owns this model. I guess I'll give it a try.
